The slewing ring is a new type of mechanical component that consists of inner and outer rings, rolling elements, and the like. It is a large bearing that can withstand combined loads and can withstand large axial, radial loads and overturning moments. It is widely used, and has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, good structural rigidity, stable operation, high precision, safety and reliability. Industrial production is inevitably required to use it, so it is very important. Of course, using a good slewing ring bearing will achieve the desired effect.
Brief introduction

Selection method
It has a wide range of applications in the current industry. It is what people call the "joint of the machine". It is a very important transmission component. It requires relative rotation between the two objects, and it also needs to bear axial force at the same time. With the rapid development of the machinery industry, it has been widely used in marine equipment, engineering machinery, light industrial machinery, metallurgical machinery, medical machinery, industrial machinery and other industries.
1. Single row ball slewing ring
It uses a row of steel balls as rolling elements with a single spacer between the balls. The inner and outer rings are monolithic, and the steel balls are loaded by blocking the holes. The steel ball is in contact with the raceway at four points and can withstand axial forces, radial forces and tipping moments. It is the first choice for small and medium sizes with a diameter of less than 1800mm.
2. Double row eight point contact ball slewing ring
It is similar to a single row ball slewing ring. The difference is that it uses two rows of steel balls as the rolling elements. The two rows of steel balls are the same size, and a single isolation block is placed between the steel balls. The inner and outer rings are monolithic, and the steel balls are loaded by blocking the holes. Hosts that require heavy loads and limited radial structure size will prefer it.
3. Three rows roller slewing bearings
It has high load carrying capacity and is mainly used in heavy duty applications. It consists of three ferrules. The upper and lower rows of rollers are horizontally distributed to withstand axial forces and tipping moments in both directions. The radial force is absorbed by the vertically arranged third row of rollers. When you need to choose a large size larger than 1800mm, you will choose it.
4. Cross roller type slewing ring
Similar to the single row ball slewing bearing, it has only one row of rolling elements, the rolling elements are cylindrical rollers, the axes of adjacent rollers are arranged at 90°, the inner and outer rings each have two raceways, and the raceway section is straight and shape. Half of the rollers are subjected to a downward axial force and half are subjected to an upward axial force.
1. Determine the maximum load it will bear when it is at rest according to the environment of use. Use the maximum load as the static rating.
2. Determine the static safety factor based on the type of machine installed.
3. Refer to the XZWD Product Catalog to initially select the model and determine which formula to use to calculate the static reference loads Fa' and M'.
4. Calculate the static reference loads Fa' and M'.
5. Find the static load curve corresponding to the selected model in the XZWD product catalog, which is marked in the graph (Fa', M')
6. Check if the coordinate point is within the static bearer authority.
7. Check the bolt bearing capacity.
8. Complete preliminary selection.
The slewing bearing generally has a mounting hole, an internal gear or an external gear, a lubricating oil hole and a sealing device, so that the main body structure can be compact in design, reliable in guiding, and convenient in maintenance. It is used in different places and can be selected according to XZWD's product brochure.
