1.01 series slewing bearing

Single-row four-point contact ball slewing bearing is composed of four major parts: inner ring, outer ring, steel ball and isolation block.  It is compact in structure and light in weight.  The steel ball is in contact with four points of the circular raceway, and it can bear both axial and radial forces. Rotary conveyor, welding operators, small and medium-sized cranes and excavators and other construction machinery can be selected. 

2. 02 series slewing bearing

The double volleyball slewing bearing has three seat rings, and the steel ball and the isolation block can be directly discharged into the upper and lower raceway.  According to the stress condition, the upper and lower two rows of steel balls with different diameters are arranged. This kind of open assembly is very convenient.  The bearing Angle of the upper and lower arc-raceway is 90°, which can withstand great axial force and tipping moment. When the radial force is greater than 0. 1 times the axial force, the raceway shall be specially designed. The axial and radial dimensions of the double displacement spherical slewing bearings are large and the structure is tight. It is especially suitable for tower cranes and truck cranes with medium diameter and above. 

3. Series of slewing bearing

Single row cross roller slewing bearing, composed of two seat rings, compact structure, light weight, high manufacturing accuracy, small assembly gap, high requirements for installation accuracy, roller 1:1 cross arrangement, can bear the axial force, tipping moment and large radial force at the same time, is widely used for lifting and transportation, engineering machinery and military products. 

4. Three row roller slewing bearing

The three-row roller slewing bearing has three rings, separated from the upper and lower raceway and the radial raceway, so that the load of each row of rollers can be determined with certainty. Can carry a variety of load at the same time, it is four kind of product in one of the biggest bearing capacity, axial and radial size is larger, firm structure, especially suitable for the requirements of large diameter heavy machinery, such as bucket wheel excavators, wheeled cranes, deck cranes, port cranes, molten steel operation platform, large tonnage crane machinery, etc. 

5. Light series slewing bearing

The lightweight slewing bearing has the same structural form as the general slewing bearing, with light weight and flexible rotation. Widely used in food machinery, filling machinery, environmental protection machinery and other fields. 

6. HS series slewing bearing

Single row four-point contact ball slewing bearing is composed of two seat rings.  The structure is compact and the steel ball is in contact with the circular track at four points. It is mainly used in the machinery of truck crane, tower crane, excavator, pile driver, engineering vehicle and radar scanning equipment under the action of tipping moment, vertical axial force and horizontal dip force. 

7. The HJ series slewing bearing

Single row cross roller slewing bearing, which is composed of two seat rings, has a compact structure, high manufacturing accuracy, small assembly clearance and high requirements for installation accuracy.  The rollers are in a 1:1 cross arrangement, which can bear axial force, tipping moment and large radial force at the same time.  It is widely used in transportation, engineering machinery and military products.
