XZWD Slewing bearing test bench

In order to further improve the quality inspection level of the company's products and boost the market competitiveness of the products, Xuzhou Wanda Slewing Bearing Co., Ltd. has newly procured a slewing bearing test bench in October 2024.

This equipment is designed to simulate certain force conditions to test the service life and quality level of slewing bearings. It is capable of conducting a variety of tests including comprehensive performance comparison tests, static load capacity tests, fatigue life tests, ultimate working condition resistance tests, factory tests, and simulated working condition tests.

The working principle of the test bench is that the slewing bearing is subjected to axial force Fa, overturning moment M, and radial force Fr. The experimental system consists of a mechanical device, loading cylinders, a drive module, and a detection and control system. The schematic diagram of the mechanical device is as shown. To eliminate the influence of the slewing bearing test piece's own rotational pair on the base and the loading cover, two identical slewing bearing test pieces are installed in a "back-to-back" series configuration for simultaneous testing during the experiment. The slewing bearings are installed by bolting flanges, connected to the loading cover and the base through upper and lower flange cylinders, with different specifications of turntable bearings requiring different specifications of flange cylinders. The system is arranged with two cylinders to complete the loading of axial force Fa and overturning moment M, while the radial force Fr is loaded by a separate cylinder, with the direction of the applied force as shown in the diagram. The driver is composed of a motor, a torque sensor, and a gearbox.
