Technical Department Organizes the Technologists to Study the Production Process Thoroughly

Xuzhou Wanda slewing bearing Co., Ltd always keeps "Good quality and quantity, on-time delivery" as the guiding principle in production technology. In order to implement the guidelines to the actual work process, all the XZWD slewing bearing departments need to work together with tacit understanding and solidarity. Recently, our technical department organized all staff to go to the workshops to carried out in-depth study and research, which fundamentally improved the slewing ring drawing’s accuracy and slewing ring’s process, to ensured that workshop workers would obtain accurate drawings the first time which would strictly control the first procedure of slewing ring’s standardized production .

Each one of them should spend 1-2 hours learning the different processes in the workshops every day. They should learn every process for at least a week to consolidate the basic knowledge and improve the technical level, which can not only improve our technical staff’s understanding of the product, but also exercise their various abilities.  

More efficiency, more communications, faster response is our goal for all the time.
