Light slewing ring consists of two rings (one inner ring and one outer ring.) It has compact structure and light weight. As its balls are four point contacted with the raceway, the slewing ring can take axial load, radial road, and tilting moment at the same time.
It is used widely for the application of rotary welding machinery, medium and small series crane and excavators etc.
Gearless Azimuth Tracker for parking lots
Azimuth trackers are ideal for parking lots – added production, lowest cost, and high clearance.
The design of the Gearless Trackers is inspired by the beetle’s exoskeleton, known for its superior strength to weight ratio. The structure is a combination of an elliptical tube design (similar to the wing of a wind turbine) and a simple lattice structure, which holds the PV panels.
The elliptical tube provides superior strength while the lattice structure transfers the structural load safely. This also makes for higher structural rigidity, better panel alignment and longer structural life.
